I went for an exam last Friday on Niagara Falls Blvd. the staff was great, very helpful and friendly.

The doctor, however was demeaning, arrogant and sel serving. He started by giving me his life story and honoring how well his daughter in law and son are doing in life. It wasn't until I left that I realized he was judging me because I am on Medisource. I have worked since I was 16 years old but now find myself in a severe financial situation which caused me to apply for the state insurance.

Previously I was without for almost two years and have paid the penalty for not having insurance, because it is a less expensive option. He went on to say that he is "willing" to support those that need temporary help but they need to get act together and support themselves. Does anyone think I, or anyone else would choose to feel so needy? As I thought about what he said I came tobeluevehe was degrading me and my situation.

No one is more sad about this than I. I felt slapped and like a loser. I am not.

I am interviewing for jobs as much as possible but alas,no luck yet. Perhaps this company should take a better look, a better interview process, to decide if their employees meet the criteria of a respectful employee who has empathy and is not vocally judgemental.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
