District manager was very helpful and resolved the issue

Waited 40 minutes past my appt time to be seen. After ordering contacts and waiting, I discovered a week later they never put in the order!
I called back to have order placed through the phone, girl got frustrated with her computer being slow, HUNG UP ON ME, then wouldn’t answer the phone for the next 20 minutes the store was open.
I called the target store to try and get someone to go over there, she told them I was a marketer and wouldn’t be taking any more calls today! RIDICULOUS, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced EVER
