Target Optical - Lenses that get scratched very easily
I have had to return my lenses 6 times! I keep getting hairline scratches on them after I clean them.
I paid extra for the scratch resistant coating. I have worn glasses all my life, and never had any problems with lenses that have scratched so easily!!! I am beyond disappointed. At least I bought the $15 extra insurance, now that they won't allow me to get replacement lenses at their cost, I can at least pay a small fee for new ones.
I have wasted my time traveling back and forth to target to get my replacement lenses. I would not recommend buying anything from the optical department.
Reason of review: Bad quality.

Why in the world are you getting prescription eyeglasses at Target? Of course, this leads to the question: why are you doing any shopping at Target?
Are you taking advantage of the ability to enter the restroom of your "choice?" Best to stay away from Target, period. As for your eyeglass problem, you are no doubt paying for scratch resistant lenses even tho most now come with this feature as standard.
Target is apparently using a fly-by-night optical company that is making the lenses cheaply and thus they scratch---in other words, not a quality job. Take your business elsewhere for your next pair of glasses.
