Or service at all!! Ordered contacts online at 8am 10/5 for next day delivery.

5 pm. Order has not even been processed. Called the store and customer service (2x). Promised it would be expedited.

Order shipped on Saturday 10/7 and missed my required date. Called customer service again Monday 10/9, Molly the rep was rude and more concerned with telling me their brokn Processes than satisfying my request to correct the issue and he me my contacts asap. Every rep at the service center is only a parrot who knows nothing and can do nothing. Your basic call center lackey.

Asked for a supervisor and of course there isn't one available.

FAIL on all fronts. Never again.

10/11 and my overnight shipping order is still not delivered. And more customer service fails.

I have spent no less than 3 hours on the phone with these dolts. Today's dolt is Nova - she again blamed UPS and said Target did nothing wrong. Requested a supervisor again and of course no one was available.

This is beyond absurd that they can not execute a simple online order. FAIL!!!
