I ordered and paid for one pair of glasses at over $150. They said they would call me when they got in.

No phone calls received five weeks later. I was surprised that when I did call they had no record of any transaction. I did however have the receipt. Base on others experience, when they called they will just get the standard its on the truck or they had to be re-ordered.

The issues is that there is no incentive for Target to actually deliver glasses because it will cut into their profits. Talking to friends about their experience, its very common and there is no actual re-course since they already have taken the money.

There is always recourse.

You give up too easily.

But I would recommend that you not try the cheap route with Target.

Try a real optician at a real eye center ; better service but may cost more.

It's ultimately your choice.
